قصة مشواارها الفنى

كان أول من أكتشفها هو المخرج المصري عاطف سالم وقدمها في فيلم مافيش تفاهم والذي أدت فيه دورها ككومبارس صامت، ثم حصلت على أول بطولة مطلقة في فيلم رابعة العدوية للمخرج نيازي مصطفى.
تزوجت نبيلة عبيد من مكتشفها المخرج المصري عاطف سالم لمده خمسة أعوام من 1963 حتى 1967 ثم انفصلا.
و قد صعدت نبيله عبيد السلم الفنى درجة درجة حتى وصلت إلى مكانتها التي هي عليها اليوم وصارت هي وافلامها من العلامات البارزة في تاريخ السينما المصرية.
و من أهم النقاط في حياة الفنانة نبيلة عبيد قيامها بإنتاج بعض أفلامها وتعاونها مع الكاتب الكبير احسان عبد القدوس في أفلام مأخوذه عن رواياته مثل وسقطت في بحر العسل وولا يزال التحقيق مستمرا وايام في الحلال والعذراء والشعر الأبيض وارجوك اعطنى هذا الدواء والراقصه والطبال وانتحار صاحب الشقه والراقصه والسياسى.
كانت نبيلة عبيد من أكثر الممثلات المصريات شعبية في فترة الثمانينات والتسعينات إذ حققت أفلامها إيرادات عالية بالنسبة للأفلام الأخرى في ذلك الوقت حتى أنها اشتهرت بلقب نجمة مصر الأولى.
و تعددت الأدوار والشخصيات التي قدمتها خلال رحلتها الطويلة في السينما حيث لم تقتصر على أداء نوع واحد أو شخصية واحدة وانما تنوعت الأدوار فشملت الأم والابنة والمدرسة والزوجة وسيدة الأعمال والشرطية والخادمة والمدمنة والراقصة والقاتلة واللصة والمجندة من قبل المخابرات وغيرها من الأدوار ،و كانت نصيرا للكثير من القضايا الإنسانية وقضايا المرأة وكاشفا للفساد في المجتمع ويعد دور الأم الذي ادته في فيلم العذراء والشعر الأبيض من أهم وأروع ادوار الأمومه في تاريخ السينما المصرية.
